Dave has been instrumental in bringing a number of privately held companies to the public markets throughout his career and in providing private equity networking and access to high-net-worth individuals, family offices and institutional investors. Dave also brings years of business development experience both as an operator and advisor across multiple industries, with specific expertise in business lending and financing solutions, strategic partnerships, global logistics, manufacturing, sales and distribution, inventory management, new revenue streams and supply chain sourcing.
Tom has 25 years of experience in research sales, investment banking, institutional trading and strategic business development. He has long history of servicing high net worth and family office relationships and has participated in numerous capital raises over the years including early investments in Take-Two Interactive (TTWO) & Universal Display Corporation (OLED).
